Craig and Karen Riley, Owners and agents

Both Craig and Karen have extensive background in medical/health/dental services. Karen spent 40 years as a career hygienist and dental office manager and Craig has a degree in Health Care Administration and has owned and operated Skilled Nursing Facilities, Home Health Agency, Medical Transport Services and for the last 30 years has owned and operated Medicare Help Now and MHN Consultants. They are dedicated to providing quality service and take pride in helping others find access to the health care services they need.

Besides running the agency, they are pleased to give back to the community to those who are struggling to make ends meet and to find a better life. They are supporters of Open House Ministries for the homeless, Teach 1 to Lead 1, a mentoring program for at risk youth and Children of Promise which empowers local communities in 30 countries around the world assist children and families with health care, food and clothing.

James Teague
Director of Sales

James Teague joined the team in 2019 however he started in the industry in 2005 after graduating in the top of his class at Warner Southern College. He enjoys collaborating with individuals and business owners on their financial plans for the future. During his first few years his focus was working on personal home and auto Insurance for State Farm Insurance. He later formed ProRisk Advisors, a business advisory firm. His current goal is to play golf in all 50 states, only 16 to go!

Melanie Grasseth

My younger years were much like a rolling stone living everywhere from Coast-to-Coast landing back in the beautiful Pacific NW in 2009. I earned my Associate Degree from our very own Clark College, just a stone’s throw away from the MedicareHelpNow office. Most of my professional background has been on the patient contact side of healthcare so taking care of people is in my blood and brings me great joy. My children and I love all thing outdoors especially in or near the water. If I’m not outside having fun with the kids, you can usually find me volunteering at community events in support of our local veterans (unless it is Saturday during college football season) then you will find me hoopin’ and hollerin’ for the Crimson Tide. GO BAMA!!!

The Pacific Northwest is a great place to live. Easy access to the coast makes a trip to the beach a family favorite. Growing up in this area I appreciate our overcast and rainy days. This is especially true in the Fall when the leaves turn their golden yellows and deep reds.Hobbies include supporting our local Little League and Scholastic Band Programs. Another favorite is partaking in the numerous coffee roasters in the area. Yes! I love coffee.

I am from Bartlesville, Oklahoma. I earned my Bachelor of Science in business Marketing with a minor in Human Resources from Oklahoma State University. I moved to Vancouver in February of 2018. I love the Pacific NW and all the camping and hiking it has to offer for me and my crazy Dalmatian, Gus. I've been a part of the HealthCare Options NW team since July of 2018, I have learned so much from Craig and the team and I look forward to assisting you with your Medicare plan!

I was born and raised in the Pacific NW and after graduating from Ridgefield High School I moved to California and began working for Anheuser Busch. After retirement I moved back home. I love the beauty of the Pacific NW and in my spare time enjoy hiking, kayaking and hanging out with my goldendoodle JAX.
