Cost-shares continue to climb
Annual cost increases are evident in cost-shares—deductibles, out-of-pocket maximums, coinsurance and copays—which have moved higher for most groups, placing a greater burden on employees. The graph below shows how deductibles for all Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon groups have increased over the past five years.
